I am always on the lookout for new places to chow down in my neighborhood. I heard there was a new burger place that everyone was raving about called “Stax Burger” in Roswell. I asked a friend to join me for lunch on the Stax Burger outdoor patio so we could check it out. I am definitely NOT a beef burger eater so I was happy to see that they offered a variety of burgers like turkey burgers, veggie burgers, lamb, salmon, veal and shrimp bugers. I decided to try out the Scampi Burger which consisted of a shrimp patty, lettuce, tomatoes, fried lemon, garlic and parsley mayo. I dislike mayo so I asked for it not to be included on my burger. I also asked for an order of sea salt fries to accompany my Scampi Burger. I must say that I was impressed with the presentation of my food when it arrived. The burger was scrumptious to say the least. The mix between the shrimp and the tangy fried lemons tantalized my taste buds. I wasn’t too happy with my fries…they seemed a little overcooked. The owner actually came to our table and made sure that we left satisfied customers. I actually look forward to dining there again in the future. *Photos taken with my phone*
